Townloria – Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Townloria game ("the game"), made by Larisa Geanina Vizireanu, an independent developer in Romania ("we"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you are under 16, please read them with a parent or guardian.

1. The game

You may play the game for your own personal, non-commercial use. The game is licensed to you, not sold. This licence follows Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), and these terms add to it. If the two differ, Apple's EULA applies to the licence itself.

All parts of the game belong to us or to their licensors, including its art, characters, music, text and code. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.

2. Coins, gems and other game items

Coins, gems, lives, boosters, the season pass and every other item in the game are a licence to use virtual content inside the game. They have no real-money value. They can't be exchanged for money or transferred to other people, and they can't be used outside the game. We may change the game's balance, prices of in-game items, events and content to keep it fun and fair.

3. Purchases

Items bought with real money are sold through Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms.

• Gem packs are delivered right away and used up as you play.
• The season pass unlocks the premium rewards of the event running when you buy it. When that event ends, its pass ends with it.
• No Ads is bought once. It removes the ads that appear by themselves, and you can restore it on a new device with "Restore purchase". The optional reward videos stay available if you want them.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not affected.

The game has no paid random rewards. The daily lucky spin is free and shows its odds.

4. Your saved game

Your progress is saved only on your device. If you delete the game, reset it or lose the device without a save backup code, your progress may be lost, and we can't recover it. Keep a backup code (Settings → Save → Copy save code). Don't edit or tamper with backup codes. We may refuse to support saves that have been changed.

5. Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the products they advertise.

6. Fair play

Please don't use cheats, hacks, bots or modified versions of the game, or anything that exploits bugs or interferes with the game, its purchases or its ads.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep the game running well, but it is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. We may update the game, change or remove features, or stop offering it. If we stop offering it, items you already bought keep working in the version on your device for as long as that version runs.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be mentioned in the game.
