These terms apply to the NicLess iPhone app (Apple ID 6805944714, bundle ID com.smokly). By downloading or using NicLess you agree to them. If you do not agree, delete the app.
NicLess is a motivational quit-nicotine companion. You tell it whether you used cigarettes, a vape, or pouches, how often, and what they cost. It shows a live streak, money you did not spend, and units avoided. Ember is the in-app mascot.
Free use includes the Today streak, money saved, units avoided, mood check-in, and logging a slip. Premium (paid subscription) unlocks the recovery timeline, SOS panic button and craving journal, goals, badges, daily missions, year quest (Ember’s Crown at 365 days), and related Today extras.
NicLess is not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a doctor, counselor, or nicotine-replacement product. Recovery copy is general public-health style information, not a personal clinical plan. If you are in distress, contact local emergency services or a clinician.
You are responsible for the numbers you enter (amount, price, quit date). Money saved is an estimate from those numbers. You decide whether to stay quit. A slip you log resets the streak math the way the app is built — it is a tool, not a judgment.
Premium is sold as auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchases:
Smokly.WeeklySmokly.YearlyPrices are shown in the app before you pay and are charged to your Apple ID. If Apple has attached a free introductory offer and you are eligible, the paywall button will say so and Apple will apply that offer. We do not invent a trial in the app. Payment is charged at confirmation. The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.

Use Restore Purchase if you already paid on the same Apple ID. Your quit journal does not sync to iCloud or our servers. Starting over or deleting the app removes local history even if the subscription is still active.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break purchases, or use NicLess to harm others. We may stop offering the app or change features.
NicLess, Ember, and the app design belong to the developer. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices allowed by Apple.
The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise that you will quit, that estimates are exact, or that the app will always be available. To the maximum extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost data, failed quits, or health outcomes. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months, or the minimum the law requires.
